Expert Sees Scarcity of Naples Housing Inventory Key
to Significant Local Upswing

Michael Timmerman, economist with Hank Fishkind and Associates who has studied the SW Florida real estate market for 17 years, sees the current scarcity of inventory and stable sales prices as indicators that the Naples market will begin to move to higher prices.  He points to a huge amount of redevelopment slated for the next few years "ultimately making certain existing communities even more desirable because they simply cannot be duplicated in their locations."
