Cindy Carroll, with more than 25 years of appraisal experience in the local market, sees remarkable signs of improvement and is optimistic about the future.  Her research reflects supply and demand over a 13-year period (1998-present) and charts patterns in particular communities.  She states that a one-year supply is considerd a "balanced market" and that many areas are now seeing a shortage.  Cindy points out that 70% of our current buyers are cash purchasers and she foresees an 8-10% long-term return on investment.
