Mercato...The Hottest Place in Town


Last Monday night I met friends for a movie and dinner at Mercato, only to discover that the parking garage was packed and the wait for a bite to eat at The Pub was an hour and a half!  On a Monday...?!

Mercato is Naples' newest venue for dining, entertainment and shopping.  Silverspot Cinema offers upscale, leather seating in 11 theaters, along with spirits and light fare.  Numerous restaurants and bars have become popular with locals and visitors alike, including: AZN, Bravo, McCormick & Schmick's, The Capital Grille, Piola, and PURE.  To open soon is Chipotle Mexican Grill.  For music and dancing, the hopping place is the Blue Martini.

Mercato hosts monthly "First Friday" events featuring specials and live outdoor entertainment.  Stroll the streets to enjoy great music and a festive ambiance!
