The exciting change to note in this month's report is that pended sales are up in all price segments over November 2008!  Although properties priced under $250,000 continue to comprise 62% of pended sales units in November, the largest increase over prior year was recorded in the $250,000 - $500,000 category, which showed an increase of 113% over November 2008.  Pended sales over $1,000,000 also increased over prior year, showing their largest gain to date with a 32% increase.
