Naples Real Estate Observations
While the news media continues to report the gloom and doom of the real estate market, I am sensing an energetic momentum picking up in Naples. It's not just that I am generally an optimist, but that I am observing greater activity in the last couple of days. In the office I hear the phone ringing with agents from many companies calling to schedule showing appointments. Visitors are strolling into the office to inquire about properties posted on the windows.
A recent pending sale in my neighborhood has generated a number of showings of similar properties. I believe that it is all a matter of price. As sellers face the harsh reality, price adjustments in the market are stimulating interest on behalf of potential buyers. My bet is that, barring any major national setback, Naples real estate will experience a great start to the New Year.
