Bleu Provence Restaurant in Naples Florida
The other night I had the opportunity to enjoy a delightful dinner at one of my favorite Naples restaurants, Bleu Provence. This charming "French cottage" on 8th Street South in Old Naples reflects the loving endeavor of Lysielle and Jacques Cariot and their two sons. While Jacques gregariously engages his patrons and ensures that they are well attended, his wife is the master chef and their sons add an extra touch of hospitality to the already inviting ambiance.
With deserved pride, Jacques told us of his annual trip back to France where he tours the wineries, sampling the finest of wines in order to add to his collection of over 27,000 bottles. Not surprisingly, he boasts the largest inventory in Southwest Florida.
The menu offers a wide variety of delicacies, each of which would satisfy any gourmet's palette. My suggestion is to make a different selection from that of your companion so that you can share! You'll certainly want to return again to try their other superb culinary delights.
