Seasonal residents are finding their way back to the warm weather! With daytime temperatures hovering around 80 and evenings dropping into the low 60's, it is beginning to feel like "fall" in Southwest Florida. Gulf breezes have Neapolitans pulling their evening sweaters out of the closet, but tourists are easily spotted with their bermudas and tank tops!

Naples' seasonal schedule is gearing up with street fairs, outdoor family movies and concerts in the park, as well as Thursday evenings with music on 5th Avenue and 3rd Street.  The Philharmonic orchestra presented the first Sunday concert in Cambier Park which was packed with hundreds of appreciative attendees.

Real estate is a local phenomenon and Naples is on the rebound! John R. Wood offices scheduled over 2000 showings in the month of October and we are optimistic that our upward sales trend will continue.
