Each Wednesday John R. Wood agents organize and participate in brokers' open houses in order to showcase our new listings. This provides us with the opportunity to become familiar with the ever-changing Naples-Bonita Springs market in order to better serve our buyers, as well as our sellers. This week I viewed a number of wonderful properties in Old Naples, as well as the Park Shore area. In fact, upon previewing a very unique condo three blocks from the beach, I took photos to send to potentially interested clients. However, within a matter of three hours, the property was under contract!
